What if theres an issue with my order?

We take great care in processing your orders, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you encounter any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, or not recieving you item within 10 days, please contact us, if you recieved your order contact us within 72 hours, along with pictures of the issue. We're committed to making things right, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, which can be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method, depending on your preference.

When and how do i get my refund?

Here’s how our refund process works:

  • Timing: We aim to process refunds within a week of receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Methods: Will be sent to the original payment method used at the store or store credit
  • Non-refundable Charges: Please note that shipping fees and any handling surcharges cannot be refunded.
  • Special Promotions: Items bought during special promotions are eligible for refunds only as store credit.

How do submit a request for a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pumpkin Pot purchase, here's what to do:

  • Condition for Return: Your item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.

Return Process:

Click on the Contact us link and submit a claim.

Include a photo of the product and a description why the return is necessary.

Include the email you purchased through the account.

Prepare the item for return and include the packing slip for quicker processing.

If the item recieved is damaged a packing label will be emailed to you.

If the item is not damaged and you simply would like a return, a packing label can be purchased at the post office.

Drop off your package at the post office within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

  • All returns are subject to an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards.
  • Please allow 72 hours for a return process.

Shipping

How long will it take my item to ship?

Processing Time: Typically takes 1-3 days. This is the time we take to make and fulfill your order in our home.

USPS Shipping Speed:

  • US Orders: 2-5 business days.
  • International Orders: 1-4 weeks.
  • Enveloped/Lettered items: 1-7 days

Please Note: These are just estimates. Occasionally, delays can happen due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email. It may take about 12 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

What do i do if i enter the incorrect shipping address?

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is shipped. However, if your order has already been dispatched to USPS, you’ll need to contact them directly for further assistance.

  • Important: Your package will be sent to the exact address you provide. That’s why it’s crucial to double-check your address when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you've entered, you will be responsible for the re-ship cost. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address.

What do i do if my package is marked "delivered" but cant find it?

In case your package is marked 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, start by checking around your delivery area (PO Boxes, Neighbors) and confirming the shipping address you provided. Sometimes, packages can be marked as 'delivered' before they actually arrive. If you still can't find your package after 3 days, we recommend contacting USPS to file a claim.

While we strive to ensure every order reaches its destination, please understand that The Pumpkin Pot cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility, unless they are a sticker purchase only.
